Never mind.Found a way but for anyone who wants to know here's how to do it.once you get your room keycard go to the 7th floor sedated or posion the staff guy on the balcony,take his clothes dump his body over the rail(which is fun to watch)get to the elevator on the left side,head to the first floor wait for the scientist to come in and he takes you to the 8th floor.the only way to be able to come back up here is sedate the other staff guy while he's on his chair and dump him in the frezzer.

At back of waiter at 7th floor at the balcony.There are something we can climb behind him.

--on the 7th floor at the balcony with the waiter there is a light cage mesh you can climb up--
--p.s you need to kill him in the elevator for a easy silent assassin rating--

A somewhat discreet way of doing this is to pull the fire alarm when nobody's looking and then run to where the staff guy was having a smoke.

The smokey staff man. Kill, sedate or knock him out and then climb up. If your deadly silent you don't need to sedate him. But why not kill the scientist it's in the objectives.

All you have to do is go in with him, then when he stops at his floor get off at the same time. Im pretty sure this works but not 100%.Good luck!

Honestly, I have to ask you. Does it matter whether or not if you kill the scientist in the elevator, or some other place? I mean, all you really need to know is that it is listed in your Mission Objectives to kill the scientist. How does it matter if you kill him, as long as you kill him. Anyway, I either kill the scientist when he gets on the elevator with me, or when his car first pulls into the casino, and I blow up the mine I set on the sidewalk. Simple, easy, and effective. No harm done to anyone except the scientist and his guards.
