In the electric room, if you find it, there will be a keycard on the table.
Take that to this hallway..2cnd floor I think. And use it on the room that wouldn't open before.
Then go around to the left or right, left to see them better.
You can also kill them and there will be a very large amount of blood on the floor.

Take it to the highest floor. There will be a door that needs a keycard, and use it.
Then go around to the left or right, left to see them better.

Ok, I'm going to give this in a very detailed way.
Yes, the rat club is true. When you get the card, go to the door in the same room that leads you to a set of stairs. Then go through the locker room area, doesn't matter...hehehe.....then there should be a room in the hallway backstage where the rooms are that lead upstairs. Go upstairs and there should be a room with a keycard. Go in, and holy crap there is a room full of rats doing, well I will let you find out for yourself.
