Well there are two episodes.
For the first one you need to have your dog at five hearts with all of the tricks known,befriend tim,and befriend bob.Start giving Tim eggs and bob very berries or any other sweets.After doing this for a few day,tim will come with a map and ask you to help him.That will trigger the first cut scene if you tell tim you will help.Keep on giving tim and bob gifts until he comes and tells you he found a real map.DO NOT GO TO CLOVE VILLA NO MATTER WHAT!!!!!!Just go around and ask people about the Sacred Land.If you go to the villa then you will ulock the second treasure hunt ending.Just keep on talking to people about it.Keep giving gifts to bob and tim every day.One day when you go to clove villa,then your dog will run away from you,even if hes at the farm,and discover the place.Tim will come and congradulate the dog on finding the place.If the one who is with you in the cut scene is dia,then youre doing the second ending.Anyway,Tim will call the place a wasteland ad leave.Make sure you buy 16 bags of each type of seeds because when you read the giant stone,it will tell you to plant crops in order to unlock the gold.these are what the marking mean:

Star:Root Plant (Potato)
Square:Yellow Plant (Corn)
Musical Note:Brown Plant (Breadfruit)
Heart:Red Plant (Tomato)

Make sure you do this correctly.If you mess up just replant it with the right seeds.keep coming every day to water the plants until the crops are ready to harvest.after 8 days there wil be a treasure chest and tim will open it and finds seeds.Start visiting the flower shop everyday because Lyla lets tim borrow part of her flower bed to let him plant the seeds.After 3 days a cs will happen where the plant has sprouted.Then after a week, tim will come to the farm and tell you that the flower is blooming.After two days,tim will come and tell it's time to dig up the "golden fruit".The next day go to the carpentry area and there will be a party.There is the ending.
