OKAY, once you save the homelands, it will save your game and return you to the start screen. Click continue and then on your file. If you click status you can see all of the endings you've completed. You will start the game anew and can try a different ending this time. You will still have all of your animals & tools, but no one will remember you.

Don't forget that if yu don't complete and ending ever thats fine because it still saves you progress even if you don't "beat" that game.
