You can't marry anyone.
You get a horse from Bob during one of the endings so befriend him and Gwen and do part time work and he'll give you the horse.

Give her berry jam instead and you can't get married and befriend bob and give him sweets and he'll give you a horse

No you can't get married and you get the horse by befriending bob. Not bob and gwen. Give him jams. (hint)if you brush the black horse first you will get a black horse. If you brush the brown horse first you will get the brown horse. And so on.
