The only one on that list that I know to be true is a cat from Romana. If I'm not mistaken, you have to get it in the first year or two. If she likes you enough, she'll give you one. If you buy a pond early in the game (year one or two also) you can get ducks (your wife will come out and tell you they have landed in your pond and ask if you want to keep them). As for the others, I have no idea, though everything I've ever heard says they are just for decoration in the game.

I dotn think you can get the Lizard but I'm positive you can get a Turtle, Cat, Chiuaua and Racoon from Vesta. To get the Turtle you have to be friends with cody and then go fishing and you'll have a cutscene where you fall in and start drowning and the Turtle saves you. Thats what I've heard. Hope I helped
