Are you positive they all have four hearts?
It could be a game glitch.
Other than that there should be no reason why
They shouldn't except.
It all depends what they say about the feather...

Make sure they have four RED hearts. Not four black or four green.
If they have four red, it must be some glitch.
Unless you need to propose at a specific time, but I don't think you need to.

Maybe it's because they are mad you are dating other girls. When you date other women, they get jelous.
