Date of Question: Jul 17 2008 | Question ID: 123916 I first played this game on the gamecube, but when it came out on ps2 I went and got it. But it seems the ps2 version runs slower or something. Like it's laging. If someone elses is doing it tell me or if you know how to fix it and make it go faster please help |

I'm sad to say that SE (Special Edition) lags quite alot. Its not your game in particular. Its one of the major problems with SE. I feel your pain. I'm another who is irritated by the lag.

If it laggs in only a few places. Such as around your farm and going
Into town then it's actually just how the game is. If is happening all the time...
I am pretty sure there is no way to fix it.
Just make sure it's clean and try it again is all I can say.
If it keeps happening try to get a new game.

Yes, Special Edition did have some problems when they made the game. It does slow down and lag a little bit in some places. Such as by Patrick & Kassey's house you run a lot faster! And also by Cody's. And by your farm you go a lot slower! I know I don't like it either. But it's worth it because the game is AWESOME! :]
