Ok, on the hogwarts ground level where you need to find all of the triwizard cups, how do you get the one that is stuck in the middle of the pond? I tried to use the spell that pulls thing towards you, but it doesn't work.

You need get herboligy and then you can get the cup

You need to get past herbology and get the herbivicus spell to grow the plants and walk across.
