I have 37/38 shields. The only place I might need the last one. But it's in the 2nd task. I always get silver or bronze and I need gold in order to get my last sheild. Does anyone have any idea of how to get gold in this task?

To get gold you need to collect as many beans as you can to improve your score, collect gillyweed to increase your speed, and hold the charm button down to accelerate. Also, just keep jinxings to get rid of grindylow and mermaids, and make sure you keep moving to avoid being attacked.
