Holiday's With Hags is in the annex.
Go all the way over to the right wall, then go up and you should see a arch.
Go through it and you will find the book.

Holiday with Hags is nowhere near the annex. From the castle's entrance, go through the tunnel, then turn to your right and follow along the perimeter/walls of the castle and you should find it.

Go to the herblogy greenhouse so your at the front door, take a right until your at the front of the hill take another right and keep going and you will find the book.
