Um, I do not know why you want to go all the way back to a Shipwreck, but I do not think that you can. That area was available only in the beginning of the game, it was basically there to get the game started, and the storyline kicking. So yeah, I do not think that it is possible to ever go back there. Hope this helps.

Sorry you can only go there at the very start of the game and when fighting sargent hollister and reed.
