How do I get another gun into my possesion? I can only use the two that they give me?

You can get more guns - you need to keep on playing the game. Normally every 'boss'* you kill you will get a gun.
*Rude, Quickfire, webb are the first few.
After you get the first twoguns do the next mission where you kill Rude and you will get a shotgun and a revolver and a molotov. A few missions after that you kill Rude and Rudebagah or at least I think that is his name and you kill webb and you get a rifle and a new gun. A few missions after that you get a shotgun I cannot remember how. Then you get dual pistools for killing Hoodoo then after that you get a sharpshooter from a sheriff then you get a sword after killing Reed then you kill Magruder and get a shotgun and when you beat every side mission you get a portable cannon. You also get a tomahawk and three bows and a few more sharpshooters but I cannot remember where
