No cheat as such, but you can type fannymagnet and ourgodgivenrighttobeararm so chicks will follow you armed and 10% chance they will kill whom you beat.
Step 1 : download CLEO and extract "VC.CLEO" TO GTA VC FOLDER.
Step 2 : open gta vc and type "bikeguard" thrn a guard on bike will come with blue shirt and white pant.
For more guard press "v" and to attack nearby people, press" C " and if anyone attacks you the will attactk them.
