No there isn't a cheat called fanny magnet so stop asking.
I think you are confused with the girls follow you cheat. Now that you know what it is really called go look for it in the cheats section.
No I never heared of a cheat called fanny magnet and I think I used every cheat for this game so i'd say no.

Yes it is there it is used to attract female actor and ladies towards the player
