Can you get a Hunter without getting far in the game without getting a costume and without 100 hdden packages?
Please help, I'm going mad. Please please help me!!

You can only get a Hunter helicopter with getting 100 hidden packages.
When you get 100 hidden packages, put on the Police Outfit at the Police Station closest to the Washington Mall.
Then, go into the Army place and the Hunter will be somewhere there.
To get a Hunter at other places like near Southern Ocean Beach, beat the game 100%.
Sorry for my mistake. A Hunter will spawn at the Fort Baxter Air Base when you complete all of the Story Missions (you'll know you're done when the credits roll).
To go into the Air Base without all of the soldiers shooting at you, get a Cop Outfit from the Police Station at Washington Beach.
The Cop Outfit will only spawn at that Police Station when you complete a certain mission (forgot what it was called).
A Hunter will also spawn at the helipad at the southern tip of Ocean Beach when you complete the game 100%.
You can get a hunter without getting a 100 hidden packages. Theres one in the army base by the airport you have to put on the murderous cheat first so the army guys will shoot ecthother instead of you. The murderous cheat is D, L, U, L, X, R2, R1, L2, L1.
Then you go get the hunter in the base its that simple and I don't have a hundred%!
No, unless you want to be a maniac and run into the base with no costume. The trick is to fly a helicopter onto the roof of the base from the North West side and stay close to the roof. Look down and make sure there are no soldiers and fall down. Make sure you have health and armour for it because you will get shot. Quickly get in it and fly up then do the health cheat to stop the flames and your on your way. If you want to save it then take it to your garage with alot of room inside and out and land.Get out and the push it in and practicaly walk away for it to close.

Just finish the story missions then go to fort baxta with the cop costume and its behind all the army dudes. or you can get the cop chopper and fly there

Idk I do though know a cheat for a cool racecar (stinger, not convertable) R1 o R2 left L1 L2 x x square r1 r1
