Alright, after that mission were you burn the weed with the hippy, you drive in a hippy van to san fierro.
Or you can just put the no cop cheat in...lol

You have to beat exactly 26 or 27 missions to open up the bridge or after the green sabre mission.

Finish the misstion needed to open the third island and the bridge (I thinks it's yay ka boom boom but it depends if you do the woozie mistions first or not)
