Not that I know of but if you want to unlock all properties do the armuor cheat which gives you 250,000 dollars. Keep entering the cheat and go around and buy all the properties and complete each islands missions to gain access over the bridges.

No. But if you want to get all the properties you can put in the money cheat and then just buy them

Nope, sorry that code doesnt exist.....yet.....they might incorparate that into the next GTA though

No but enter in this code and you'll never get a wanted level enter it again to disable it, circle right circle right left square triangle up.

No there isn't a cheat to unlock all the properties and bridges. Just keep playin the game, and the more progress you make the properties unlock and the bridges open

No I don't think there is any cheat to unlock bridges or properties.
I would just try and do the missions until they are unlocked, I hope this helped
