Can somebody tell me where the Loco Low Co. Is so I can mod the Slam Van? And where is the pacer and how do I load cars on it?

Alright slamvan can be found in los santos and it can be moded in los santos south of your house where you first start there you can mod it up and it looks sweet it is the best looking car when you mod it.I don't think you can load cars n the pacer.

Loco low co is in los aztecs area. You can't get a pacer in this game. And yes you can mod the slamvan.

Easy peasy, first, get yourself a slamvan from the completed import/export docks or the third island, then, go back to the first island, down to the south east part of it, the Spanner icon is the Loco Low co garage (the same one you went to in ceasars mission with the bouncing competition)

You have to do the misison "ceaser vialpando" and then it will take you to the loco low. Mod shop. After you are done the mission the icon is on your map as a toolbar in red.
