They do turn up now and again, I got mine in Los Santos right near the start.

If you get 100% on the driving school, more sports cars are likely to turn up and cars like the Bullet, Banshee and a Cheetah spawn around the city of San Fierro.

I will look for a place where it spawns and find it out for you.

Also, if you want it for the Import/Export, make sure it's the last car needed on your list, the game will recognise this and some will appear more often to help you out.

That go's to anyone, if you need a car and don't know where to get it, leave it till one of the last on the Export list and you will find the game helps you out getting one. Plus, then you can just go buy the rare cars,

You can useully find it up in prickly pine area in las venturas are sometimes the strip
