When you buy Wang Cars you get more missions and unlock cars in the showroom. When you complete the asset you can only us youre showroom cars (exept the lowrider) and then you can mod them and it really is worth it!

I know, the only way you cars which can go in the Wheel Arch Angel's Street Racing garage are the ones which are in the car showroom. Wangs Cars.

It's not just the cars in wang cars, there are some others. p.s. The flash can easily lose any form of police even without nitrous. And the flash isn't in wang cars anyway. It's probably the lowest car in the game so it's hard to miss when your on the ground.
