No, unfortunately you can't. I'm assuming you mean the mission where you have to fly the small plane around and shoot out the trucks before you run out of fuel. There is no way to gain more fuel, which makes it all the more of a difficult mission. Your only chance is to go straight from one to the other as fast and straight as possible. If you're efficient in blowing up the delivery trucks, you should be able to get back to the game shop rooftop in time. If you don't, well you can always try again, right?

I FINALLY BEAT IT .. What I did was cut off the traffic with the cheat and stayed in the air and when near a target I lowered it and held down the shoot button until the van blow up or person on bike get shot
