Question for Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas
In Los Flores when you have to do gang wars when I went around it trying to find someone to start a gang war with no one was there. I looked around so much it made my head hurt from frustration. Please tell me how to win over that little piece of land.

I went through the same crap with the last two territories left.
It helps if you drag gang members out of their cars and shoot them, then when the ambulance comes shoot them again until it says 'you provoked a gang war'.
I've had it happen too when you shoot like five or six gang members and nothing happens...I think it's a glitch.

What I did was go in there terrortory (green or yellow) stand still turn around and most of the time they are there, another way is to go up some from your gang (normally wearing green clothes) press the aim button make sure you dont have any weapons selected, so it show a picture of a fist and while aiming press up and you will recruit gang member, these will follow you around and will kill anyone who tries to attack you.
Now you have some gang member go back to the other gang member terrortory, your gang will now shoot at the other gang near you but make sure you kill three of them yourself or you wont start a gang war.
p.s. your gang member will also shoot and run after car with the enemy in, so they may get run other
