Just use the slow down time cheat and you should win it took me once.

Man....... All you gotta do is before the mission. Once your beat Wu Zi Mu, DO NOT step on the red highlighted circle again, instead, put cars where the race is going to start. Once the cars stop, explode all of them and then go the other way. It should just be you and the pink car, woohoo, unfair advantage.
