I think that is for zero right well if it is you dont have to beat zero's missions to beat the game.

Focus on one plane at a time
And try getting them before they get to the transmitters
Get the ones that are closer first though

Instead of spinning around in circles, focus on protecting just one of the transmitters. I kept shooting down planes coming in from the south and protecting the transmitter at 6 o'clock.
