How do you complete the barrel roll mission in the driving school in San Fierro because I've tried 10 times and can't do it.

Make sure you move the left analgoue stick left as well, it shifts the weight of the car so you go over quicker.
I can't help you with this one, I can only say get better at your driving skills.
Well, there's only two tips I can give you. Of course you have to get two of your wheels up onto the ramp. Once you do though, let off of the gas and turn the car to flip it.
If you're using the PC version, go to the graphics options and enable the frame limiter. The speed at which the car rolls in midair is calculated from the frame rate, and if the limiter is off, the car always rolls to slowly to land it on the wheels.
