You can't get a lamborghini on the ps2 version.
For the pc version, however, you can download mods that make cars look differently.

If you want a lamborghini look-alike, search at las venturas around the strip it's rare and it's called the turismo.

put on sport car traffic cheat code (Up, L1, R1, Up, Right, Up, X, L2, X, L1) and then you could find a car that looks like a lamborghini/ferrari and it's called turismo or super GT

Or you can just Buy GTA San andreas Superman mode in which there are all special cars like lamborghini, Mitsubishi Skyline and MORE...! =D

Hey just buy or download Gta Sanandreas Superman Mod..In it there are all sorts of CooL Cars and you can also date any woman and have sex with her..! And pick up her phone when she calls or else she'll BREAK UP..!
