Luckily, you can increase your maximum health and there are several ways that you can go about doing this. One way that you can increase your maximum health is too simply run around really fast for a while. This gets your heart a pumping and gets your body in shape. Thus, your health will increase some. Another way to increase your health is to ride your bicycle everywhere instead of taking a car. Burns calories so it will lower your fat level while it increases your maximum health level. There are more ways to increase your health such as sleeping with a hooker when your health is at 100 percent. Another way is to get into an Ambulance and complete the ambulance missions. You can get your health up to 150 by doing this.

All you need to do is complete a lot of the paramedic missions. Once you complete enough, the game will max out your health. All you need to do the paramedic missions is an ambulance. You can find those at any hospital.
