Can I get into Las Venturas without flying in or passing all mis

How do I get to las venturas without doing all the missions besides flying in las venturas and getting caught by crossing the border??

I hate to tell you this but, there is only one other way to get into the Las Venturas area, and that is by completing all the missions that need to be done before you head over there. If you fly over there then you will like you said, be caught crossing the 'border.' So, if you want to be able to get into Las Venturas, then you will have to complete all of the missions that stand in your way. Hope this helps.

The only way other than flying, oer the border, is to swim, or go by boat.
However you get there, you woill get 4 stars.
Just do the missions.

If you want to use cheats put in the lock wanted level cheat: o right o right left square triangle up, and then you can go with a plane and you will have no stars. HOPEthisHELPS
