All the cars in wangs auto's can be upgraded there.
All the other cars have to be upgraded in the normal garage.

There is a way to customize cars at Wheel Arch Angles, you just have to find the japanese cars/tuners like Jester and some cars in Wang cars,,,,, Hope I helped!!!

The only cars you can custimize are street race cars like elegy and stratum
