I don't know if you are asking for the cheat. OR how to fly after it is enabled. To fly just find a long road,get your speed up and you will start to lift off! Smaller cars fly better.

Get your speed and when you start to fly hold on to the exeleration button.

To fly you just need to get a high speed and all of a sudden you will just take off lol
