I don't know if you are asking for the cheat. OR how to fly after it is enabled. To fly just find a long road,get your speed up and you will start to lift off! Smaller cars fly better.

ok its easy when u do the fly cheat u also do the tank cheat then go on the bridge shoot the cannon backwards then u fly to the next staiton easy as cake

Get your speed and when you start to fly hold on to the exeleration button.

To fly you just need to get a high speed and all of a sudden you will just take off lol
