Where's Oasis (Where you find Lobivia)?

The oasis is in Bikanel Island. Talk to the hover pilot the same guy you talk to to go dig and choose oasis and he is to the left of the pond, can't miss him. Plus there is a Shoepuff and a Hypello at the oasis.
The Cactuars are at the following locations
1. In the oasis section of Bikanel island.
2. Sunbathing on the beach on Besaid Island.
3. Inside the treasure room in the secret area of Chateau Leblanc in Guadosalam.
4&5. Hanging out at the foot of Mt Gagazet in the calm lands.
6. In the northern part of the thunder plains.
7. Highest point overlooking Kilika woods and port. Look for a place to climb onto a ledge along the eastern path through the woods.
8. On the snowy trail of Mt Gagazet.
9. With Dona on Kilika Island.
10. Insise the Cactuar hollow.
