To stop the santuary keeper from healing itself so you can beat it cast reflect on it. Keep doing this throughout the battle when the reflect wears of. If the sanctuary keeper casts reflect on you be sure to dispel it.

To prevent him from using curaga to heal himself 9999 use a darkness move or a weapon with darkstrike to make him dark and he won't use it.

Guest answered:

i just beat him and i cast reflect on him the entire battle and the curaga jsut kept curing my ppl. its also easier if yu have lulu, yuna, and aaron in yur starting party with overdrives. make sure all yur summons have overdrives also

Guest answered:

If you have Yojimbo, make sure Yuna has her overdrive and then use grand summon with Yojimbo. That's going to kill the monster on the first move.

Guest answered:

Also, bio with Lulu is a massive help. If he uses esuna on himself, then just keep casting it. And Yuna is also great for healing if you don't have reflect, because I didn't when I versed him & it made it so much harder. So I recommend having either Auron or Tidus, Yuna & Lulu on the starting party, as they're the best party for it if you've levelled them up well enough.

Guest answered:

1-reflect 2-Valefor. Done in two minutes.
