You need the following items.Stoneproof:20 x Petrify Grenades/Break damage limit:60 x Dark matter/Break HP limit:30 x Wings to discovery.Here's a extra one for you,Break MP limit:30 x Three stars.Happy gaming.

Here is the locations of the dark Aeons.Valefor-Besaid village entrance/Ifrit-Sanubia desert(WEST)/Ixion-Thunder plains(NORTH)near save sphere/Shiva-Macalania temple entrance/Bahamut-Zanarkand dome-The Beyond/Yojimbo-Cavern of the stolen fayth(near save sphere)/Anima-Gagazet mountain gate/Cindy,Sandy,Mindy-Mushroom rock,to the south of the turning to the Valley.TAKE NOTE-your characters must have very high stats/development these aeons are hard to beat.The Dark Aeons will only appear once you have completed all tasks relevant to the story!!

To get any stone ability you need petrify grenades
For break damage limit you need dark matters(obtained by dark aeons)
For break hp limit I think you need doors to tomorrow or somin like that
There have been many answering your qustion too where all the dark aeons are
Valefor:outside besaid island
Ifrit:bikinel desert
Ixion:thinder plains
Shiva:macalania temple
Buhumat:where you fight yunalesca in zanarkand
Anima:mount gagazet trials
Yojimbo:sunken cave
Magus sisters:mushroom rock road
Bouda(cheat aeon):inside sin
Kitfox(cheat aeon):omega dungeon when you enter the bit where there is random and non-random encounters
