He's a hard opponent.Use powerful attack,healing spells and if you need to, summon an aeon.

He is a very tough opponent. What you should do is attack with all your aeons overdrives. He will cast some spell that kills your aeon in one hit allowing you to attack only once. Make sure you have yojimbo if you do not climb back down the mountain to get him. He will prove very useful for the rest of your journey. Not just for seymour flux but many others. After you beat him you can not go back to get yojimbo until you have akready killed a bunch of hard bosses which could be quite difficult without him. Also it help if you have alot of items and magic to help you. If none of that helps you train.

Seymour Flux is an easy boss. First, cast hastega then summon Bahamut. Bahamut should be able to do 23000 damage. First use him and that will take of the 23000 and kill the creature beside him. The creature will then take some of Seymours health to comeback to life. Now just use all your aeons overdrives. It might be hard to get your aeons' overdrive up before you fight Seymour because of the machina. If Seymors health is still not gone after the aeons overdrives, use the characters overdrive. Make sure to use overdrives that attack everyone. He should go down easily.

It's easy just cast silence or bio on him to make him lose contol of magic and health and have armor with zombie proof if you have and you should kill mortiorchis to let it absorb 4000 health then 3000 and don't hit it again you have to have a zombie proof because he will make you zombie and cast full life to kill you immediatly then he will use total annihilation so you have to avoid it by killing mortiorchis to prevent it{Two or three turns to cast it}.
