Ihe way I beat issaru's aeons is I summoned shiva against his valefore because she is quick and powerful.

If she still alive to fight his ifrit keep her fighting, if not then summon bahumut to finsh it quick. To beat his powerful bahumut I used ixion because he has quite good defence and good attacks.

Good luck.

YOU HER

Valefor Ixion

Ixion Ifrit

Ifrit Valefor

This is what you should do. Trust me, I beat her Ixion with 3 hits and its overdrive for Valefor, then I did it again for fun and this time it was her Ifrit against my Ixion.....with a thundara and 5 hits!

And with my Ifrit vs. her Valefor......I beat her with a fire,1 hit,and its overdrive.

First off, it really helps if Yuna is in Overdrive or if the aeons are.

For the first battle, summon Bahamut as Isaaru will summon his version of Ifrit, Grothia. Use Mega-Flare if you have it and this fight's over.

If not repeatedly use Impulse, and he will be toast. Next, summon whichever of your elemental aeons is in Overdrive(a great choice is Ixion).

Isaaru summons, Pterya, his version of Valefor. Use Thor's Hammer on it, and then use Aerospark on your next turn.

Most likely in between, Pterya will do some damage, so use a Thunder spell on yourself jus in case. If you use Ifrit or Shiva, just follow the above strategy(Overdrive, Special Attack, and heal yourself with yor own magic.

Finally, Isaaru summons his version of Bahamut, Spathi. Use another elemental aeon, then execute their Overdrive, and during the countdown, get in as many attacks as possible.

When it reaches 1, use Boost which will cause more damage then normal, but you will most likely survive Mega-Flare. This will kick your aeon into Overdrive, and this will finish the job.

You use shiva first if she dies use bahamut and your strongest in order.

Get your Bahamut for the first and the third battle.
First:He will summon the Ifrit.
Use the Bahamuts overdrive to kill it in one blow if not then just use blizzaga on it.
Second:he will summon Bahamut.
Use your ixion's Thor's Hammer then an aerospark and use Thundara to heal yourself and keep hitting it during the countdown.
Third:he will use valefor.
Summon bahamut with grand summon and use his overdrive and it will be killed.
SORRY IF THE BATTLES WERE WRONG IN ORDER.

Good Luck.

Totally easy answer :D okay so when Isaaru summons his version of ifrit it's good to start out with Bahamut because his overdrive is super powerful. If Bahamut survives Ifrit's overdrive, keep using mega flare until he dies. Then use Valefor's overdrive and by then he should be pretty weak. Once you kill off Ifrit, he'll summon Valefor next.

Easy enough, Valefor can be beaten by three or four of your Ifrit's overdrives and it's not hard to keep your Ifrit alive so long as you cast fire on him at the right times.

Most importantly, you should try to have all of your aeons already in overdrive and Yuna as well. I say this because just in case your other aeons die off, you have the back up ones. However, you should save your Shiva for Isaaru's Bahamut. Simply for the fact that if you use Yuna's grand summon on her(Plus Shiva's overdrive) she will have two overdrives in a row. The tricky part though is surviving Bahamut's overdrive.

In order to survive Bahamut's overdrive, I suggest that throughout the countdown, use Shiva's special attack until the countdown gets to 1. Once you get to that point, press the right arrow on the controller and press for shield. It works. Very well :D if you keep your Shiva healed up nice and pretty she should still have about 900-something-odd life points left. Heal her. Attack Bahamut with her special attack and repeat the cycle until he falls. The shield will not allow her to pick up overdrive points but it gets the job done and everyone is happy ^-^
