To get to brain you need to go down to the alley to your right from the inn keep going down past the pub and up the stairs onto the roof go along the roof till you find the fake crystal ball person and youll find a stairwell go down it to what looks like a library search around and a cutscene will go on have yengus with you he will tell you hes not here and go back to the inn and sleep the horse will be nicked and youll have to go to find it in town ask around and when ya find him he will spill the info to getting her back once you do this quest and head back to pickum he will appear
