Okay, first of all Kid Goku only turns into a Great Ape, not a super sayin
To get Kid Goku, first of all in the Majin Buu sega when Gohan and Goten are training you need to beat Gohan with Goten and you'll unlock the Destined Rivals Saga, then go through that until you can play as Goku, instead of flying to the next fight, fly to Kami's lookout and talk to King Kai. He will give you a fight against Grandpa Gohan, if you win you'll unlock Kid Goku.
I believe you can also get all the dragon balls and wish for kid goku from Shenron.
