I think there these gag videos of how the game was made and some parody of DMC3..basical the gameplay doesn't change it's still hard to finish and Virgil is one hell of a oponent.

You get to fight jester, there is a new continue system, you can play as virgel, you get bloody palace mode, demon digest,you also get very hard mode and 20% faster game play

Well, to tell you the truth, there is not that much of a difference. The gameplay is still the same, you still have all of the same old levels and moves, it's the same storyline. Pretty much, it is the same game, but with new features added into it. Some of these new features are:

Vergil. You can actually play through the entire game as Vergil, Dante's brother. A new boss named Jester. This guy is really kool to fight because he is funny, and you get to fight him loads of times, so it never gets boring. The Bloody Palace. You can unlock this Palace which is 9999 stories high. On each floor a different number of monsters, or bosses lay in wait for you to come to them. You have to see if you can make it to the 9999th floor.

Those are the most important features.
