Not really....but you can unlock the legendary dark night costume (Rises your strengt) But he looks just like Vergil =)
If you want to unlock the lengendary dark night costume you have to do the game on the Heven or hell dificulty....good luck with that.....=)

Instead of doin that all you have to do is at the main menu hold R1, R2, L1, L2 and keep on spinning the left joy stick until you hear a voice say devil may cry then you will have unlocked everything and you don't have to beat heaven or hell mode

Yes. Beat the game on all modes with dante (easy, normal, hard, dante must die, heaven or hell) then you will get vergil as a costume.
