Alright, I cannot remember exactly what it is that you are supposed to do in order to get out of Leviathan, but I do remember parts of it. When you first start the Mission to get outside of the giant fish things body, you need to look for these big circular knob like areas on his body. When you see them, attack them and you should see a small opening in his body appear. That will get you started. For the rest of the level, just look at a walkthrough.
