It's not that hard realy, all you need to do is use your saucer to either use your beam to move all the cars and tanks in her way or blow up the cars and tanks in her way but thats really more work than needed since you'll still have to move them once you've blown them up. So all you really need to do is fly ahead of her a lil bit and throw cars out of her path : ]

Blast the road blocks but make sure you keep Nat's path clear with the abducto beam. Be aware of the ground troops and KGB agents they are harder to see and while they have her blocked she takes on major damage. Keeping the road clear instead of trying to blow every tank etc up is the best strategy. Be carful not to hit Nat's car when you're blasting away with the Death Ray, you can accidentally kill her yourself and then you're back to the start.
