The traitor is the one guy that you talk to

You have to scan people to find out. Once you you find him you must kill him without the west yakuza seeing through your disguise. It's okay if they see you do PK and start shooting, but if they kill your bodysnatch victim and see you, I think you lose.

Well.. Disguise yourself. The traitor may see u. The hard thing is that you can't shoot in the diguese. You have to get him from around a corner so it's hard. If he spots you, you start over. I'd say i'd try the space ship, but I tried the hard way. I'm not sure if the space ship works... if on foot, the traiter I'm sure is the one by the car on the far side... He's further away. You scan them all. He's around the end part of the yakuza place.
Well... You can disguise as a west yakuza guy... You make them dance then snatch up the west suit guy.

The west yakuza traitor is the west yakuza place and he is stading by a tree and if you scan him he will be the traitor and it will tell you to drown him

He is at the other enterence of the parking lot of the leader stading under a tree.
