If you're referring to the bomb needed to destroy the Fire Squall... Once you've got enough Georama pieces to reassemble Heim Rada, go to Gundorada Workshop in the future. The dude with the hairy chest on the second floor will give you the bomb you need.

Go to Gundorada Workshop and a cutscene will play. After the cutscene, the guy will hand you the time bomb. You will use that to destroy the fire squall and proceed to the storyline.
