Don't know about the alternate ending on DC2....but for the Ice Queen...LOTS and Lots of stamina potions and fire gems.

Also, I had better luck with the Genie Character, of course activate the Fire Attribute on her weapon.

In dark cloud you should use the genie or the cat girl(long range)then move in with toan of goro(short range)to hit her.i don't think there is a second ending for dark cloud 2
