(I don't think you you can start a new game and get the results you want I think you have to completely erase the game from your memory card or use another card.!!!!!!!) when you walk into the train station look to the left there are two bars/stands go to the second one you should be able to take of the single cup to the right of the guy or the group of cups to the left of him , you should'nt have to go any place else. It's possible you have a corruption problem with your memory card. It's best to use a new and/or cleaned used memory card. I don't know what system you play on I usually play this game on my PS2 not my PS3 because I prefer to use external memory cards for this game. I've incountered a few problems with this game , whether it's been ( human error, game error , system error ) I've had this game completely dissapear from my memory card twice , had it freeze up a few times when feeding my fish ( you never want to level anything above level 99 ) "screen guaranteed to freeze" I have a 64mb card that I save every game on and regular memory cards I use to play the games. I play a lot of my PS2 games on my PS3 and saved on my PS3 internal memory card. "BUT" for this game which I love it's a true classic I play with one card and then after each chapter I save onto my main card , it's better to backup this game than to keep redoing the game , I learned this the hard way I got to the end with every thing leveled up , all the pictures , and all the missions complete , I saved and the game disappeared.
