On level 9 in the shipwreck, how do I get past the crystal and red beam to open to door? Am stuck, please help!

Switch chatacters to the genie girl and go to ablitys on the weapons change the ability to Fire then go back to the game and go into First Person mode (hit R1) and aim at the crystal and fire. It is that simple.
When your on that floor you change to Ruby and have her basic weapon on go to the first person view and hit the crystal with the fire ability on, if you don't have ruby you finish the King's hideout
PS5 is R2 or RB, aim at the crystal with the fire attribute equipped on the fourth character you unlocked after helping “King”.
