Question for Dark Cloud

What the heck does that guy in Queens want? His name is jack ha has 1 request for bbuilding queens he sais he wants to be near water and I put him near the fountin but my grade doest get higher. So wher do I put him. Aswer asap please.

Put him in the spaces closet to the docks in queens

Jack would like to be near the Watery, which is Suzy's store. Suzy would like to be near the fountain, so if you have Jack near the fountain, you're pretty close.

You put jack by suzys store and put suzy by the fountain simple.

You have to put him if you put him next to the fountin put suzy's watery there also too
