How do you get the moon shadow sword that brooke tells you about in muska lacka?

The moon shadow is just the Tsukikage sword. The world Tsukikage is japanese for moon shadow or moon light. You can get this sword from exchanging fishing points or you can start off with a crystal knife which becomes the small sword and that becomes the tsukikage.
