Do not use the cheats for this because it does not work, but what you can do is challenge other racers for an outrun. There is also another way though: Go to your Garage and then select the World Map from their and choose any race. When you get into the race, pause it as soon as you can and then restart, win the race and you will get Reputation points and bank as you would have normally in Explore mode.

All you people that say the skyline and the mustang and civic are the best cars. Your all wrong!! If you got all the performance parts go to customize on the main menu and customize the skyline and whatever car you think is the best...right after that customize the mazda miata...yes I know it sounds stupid but trust me...it beats the skylines handling by quite a bit...the handling it a millmetre away from full while the skyline is about 3 cm...the skylines acceleration in about 1 mm longer than the miata and the top speed is the same...the miata owns!!!
